About us

We usually have a Sunday morning congregation of between 25 and 50 people.  Our vicar is the Revd. Robert Harris who lives in the Hazelwood vicarage near the church.  Our two churchwardens are David Bentley and Brian Cantrill and our assistant churchwarden is Jean Slater.  Our organist is Graham Craft.  The Sunday School leaders are Mary Bacon, Elizabeth Turvey and Margaret Harris.  The PCC Secretary is Steve Bacon.  Their details can be found by clicking on the button for church officers on the left.  A list of the members of the PCC can be found here.

Apart from the Sunday services, we have a monthly home Communion service and in Lent we organise home groups for Bible study.  On the social side, there is a church walking group that meets every month and various other activities are organised throughout the year.  The highlight of our social calendar is the annual Church Fete in July which not only helps to raise money to support the church activities but also provides a great opportunity for the whole community to get together for a fun afternoon of stalls, games and cream teas.
